STAN POTTS - TURKEY HUNTING
Stan
Potts is a co-host on T/C's Game Trails, and he has also hosted
and appeared in several other popular hunting shows, such as Realtree
Outdoors and Hunter's Specialties Prime Time series. He hunts 100%
wild whitetails on public and private property and is well known
for his expertise in treestand placement and patterning big mature
bucks.
Stan has hunted whitetails for 40 years, harvesting numerous whitetail
bucks with a bow, three of which scored over 200 inches. He has
given hunting seminars all across North America and been the subject
of many feature magazine articles. His hunting successes have been
featured in North American Whitetail magazine, Illinois Game and
Fish magazine and several other media sources. See
seminar schedule.
GREG MILLER - WHITETAIL HUNTING
Greg
Miller, of Bloomer, Wisconsin, is a renowned deer hunter who has
written for all of the major hunting publications and, to date,
has had more than 1,000 articles published. He has authored five
best-selling books on deer hunting and co-authored more than a dozen
others. In the mid-90's Greg began appearing in and co-producing
the PrimeTime Bucks deer-hunting videos for Hunter’s Specialties.
He also has made regular appearances on Realtree’s Monster
Bucks videos. For the past four years, Greg was co-producer and
co-host of North American Whitetail Television and now is the host
of In-Pursuit with Greg Miller, which airs on the Outdoor Channel.
Greg also is a co-host for Realtree’s Whitetail Country on
ESPN2 and Thompson Center’s Game Trails. See
seminar schedule.
CJ WINAND - DEER BIOLOGY
CJ
is a wildlife biologist and an outdoor writer for Bowhunter Magazine
and North American Hunter. Internet users can find CJ on two of
the largest hunting web sites: www.hunting.net and www.bowsite.com.
CJ is also on the hunting advisory staffs of Scent-Lok and API Treestands.
He has served on the Educational Review Committee for the National
Rifle Association’s Whitetail Deer Hunter Clinic Program and
is a featured seminar speaker on the NRA’s Great American
Hunters Tour. In addition, he has worked on a Masters of Science
degree in Wildlife Management at West Virginia University under
Dr. David Samuel (Conservation Editor for Bowhunter magazine). CJ
also manages and guides on several quality deer management programs
around the country. Additionally, CJ serves as the National Promotional
Director for Farmers and Hunters Feeding the Hungry (FHFH), Conservation
Committee member for the Pope and Young Club (P&Y) and on the
Board of Directors of the National Bowhunter Education Foundation
(NBEF).
All
the scientific information presented during his talks is based on
actual field research conducted by himself or other prominent wildlife
biologists. CJ translates this biological information so everyone
can understand and utilize the latest scientific results. Hunters
that use these findings can readily adapt or modify their hunting
techniques to harvest quality bucks. CJ’s seminars are data
packed and will elevate even an experienced hunter’s savvy.
Come prepared to take notes on what some people call a whole college
course in “Advanced Deer Hunting 101”. See
seminar schedule.

made an international cartoon about Randy and this accomplishment,
and it was featured on July 17, 2008 at www.comics.com, and the
cartoon was featured in over 200 international newspapers in 42
countries and in 17 different languages. Come and watch Randy break
his own record by shooting 5 arrows and hitting 5 individual targets.

DON MULLIGAN - SOLO HUNTING IN ALASKA
Don
Mulligan is one of America’s few remaining outdoor writers,
photographers or personalities who still hunts and fishes the old
fashioned way. He never uses guides, outfitters, dogs, ATVs, or
pack animals, nor does he hunt managed game ranches. Though much
of his work originates from his home and 200 acre wildlife habitat
in Indiana, Don travels North America every year in search of true
do-it-yourself adventures in the continent’s most rugged and
remote locations.
For the past seven years Don has arranged drop-offs in the Alaskan
wilderness to hunt, fish and survive. He has spent four weeks alone
in the Alaskan interior, where he has hunted, butchered and carried
out moose, caribou, bears, wolves and massive fish in Alaska, as
well as survived numerous brushes with death.
Don will share his adventures in Alaska, from what to expect from
a hunt in the last frontier to how to set up your own adventure.
He will teach future adventurers how to handle a charge from a 1500
pound coastal brown bear, as well as how to handle being lost or
stranded alone in the wilderness. He will also instruct as to what
to expect financially, emotionally, and physically from a do-it-yourself
hunt and what specialized gear and arrangements need to be made.
A former weekly outdoor feature and photography contributor to
the Sunday Indianapolis Star newspaper, Don currently writes a weekly
column for several smaller papers in Indiana. He also regularly
contributes to several regional and national outdoor publications.
Don will be joined by Alaska bush pilot, Mike McCrary. Mike has
been flying bush planes in Alaska for 30 years and has seen it all!
He will share his insights regarding past and present game issues
in Alaska. See seminar schedule.
BRANDON BUTLER - YOUTH HUNTING
Brandon
Butler has put together a seminar regarding youth hunting in Indiana
which will cover the topics of: hunter education, youth licenses,
youth hunting seasons, free youth hunting weekends, how to involve
a youth in hunting, and gear for youth hunters. Following the seminar,
Mr. Butler will host a question and answer session in order to ensure
you leave the show understanding Indiana youth hunting opportunities.
If you have any questions regarding how to involve a youth in hunting,
this is a seminar you need to attend.
Brandon Butler is a professional outdoor communicator who lives
in Bloomington, Indiana with his wife Melissa and their two daughters,
Bailee and Annabel. He is a member of The Outdoor Writers Association
of America, Professional Outdoor Media Association, Association
of Great Lakes Outdoor Writers, and the Hoosier Outdoors Writers.

Magazine, Fur-Fish-Game, Eastman’s Bowhunting Journal, Midwest
